Our company uses state of the art self contained dustless grinding machines and the finest in self leveling material to level a foundation and bring it within the right  tolerances required for a proper installation of a floor.  The proper way to prep before you install a floor is by grinding down high spots and filling in low spots to avoid hills and valleys in your finished floor.  

Tile, Vinyl, wood, VCT, Stone, Granite.  If its on your floor chances are we can remove it.  Our process includes first using plastic to cover all valuables and any areas subject to dust.  Second is demolition and third is haul off  When we are done you are ready for a new floor.

The first step to a good epoxy job is the right floor preparation to ensure a proper bond and a long lasting finished product.  Our service includes shotblasting, crack repair or a diamond grind for proper epoxy adhesion. 

Adhesive and mastic removal can be a pain if you do not have the right equipment.  Old glue, thin-set and residue must be removed before a new floor is installed to ensure a proper bond for new material.

Concrete Sanding is the removal of debris such as drywall mud and paint off of a foundation to prepare for flooring to be installed.  This is different from adhesive and mastic removal due to a lot of the adhesives and mastics need to be grinded off.  Whereas contaminants such as drywall mud and paint can be sanded off.  Both offer proper bonding for new floor installation.

Concrete Restoration mainly applies to new or old exterior slab that need that new look again.  We can remove stains and slight imperfections/scratches in your slab to make it look like new.

Slabs that have seperated from eachother creating a trip hazard for people walking through can be grounded down to eliminate the potential trip and fall accident.  Tree roots are usually the cause of these slab seperations.  Grinding these hazards is the most cost effective way to eliminate these without replacing the whole slab.  Grinding usually lasts up to 5 years.
